Two new positions that we have added to our Board are "Fundraising Coordinator" and "Bi lingual Liaison" these positions play a key role in our every day routine when running a PTA and assuring that we continue to provide our students,family and staff with an amazing year!
Fundraising Coordinator
Mrs Kelly Wagner - Mom of 3 students that all currently attend Fullerton School.
Description. The Fundraising Chair will work with Fullerton volunteers, parents, students, staff, the community and will oversee all of the fundraising activities for the Fullerton PTA. Duties would include, among others:
• Attend monthly board meetings.
• Build and deploy a Business Sponsorship and Procurement Team.
• Work with Fullerton Administration to plan key fundraising dates.
• Assign duties to important volunteer positions (coordinators).
• Oversee training for all volunteer coordinators.
• Drive the fundraising timeline.
• Interface with local businesses regarding services (printers, supplies, sponsorships, etc).
• Review all fundraising public communications.
• Respond in a timely manner to staff and volunteer coordinator communications.
• Provide periodic reports to the PTA Board regarding fundraising status.
• Develop strategies to improve the Fullerton PTA’s fundraising abilities.

Bi lingual Liaison
America Trejo - Mom of 3 - 2 Students currently attend Fullerton and 1 Student at Indian Trail Jr High.
Description This committee chairperson serves as liaison with Spanish-speaking population at Fullerton School and promotes inclusion of our diverse communities at school events. Provides translation support as needed.
- Translate PTA Documents
- Translate if needed during Monthly Meeting
- Stay connected with the Spanish Speaking parents to assure that communication line is always open between PTA and it's Members
- Bi Lingual Interpreter during School events
- Report back to the PTA with any questions,concerns or ideas from our parents
